Being born with the ability to do all things by the fact that all your bodily functions are OK and your body parts are fine it means that you are with the ability to do all things without the hindrance that comes around with some one being disabled. This is not to say that disabled people among us can not go on about their daily life with ease as you know that inability is not disability. I have come across physically disabled people who can do more work in a day than a person who does not have disability at all. What matters is attitude and it is not good to call these people abnormal for they are only different from us physically. With that in mind though it should be noted that these people do not have the advantage that we have of moving freely and for this reason they should be thought of when buildings are put up so as to create for them an easier method of going to offices in high buildings and the like. The badge blue disability is where these people are exempted from paying parking fees either partially or permanently in the uk. This also makes it possible for them to be exempted from being prosecuted in case of parking offenses.
