Any person nowadays can make a powerpoint presentation, be they a student , a manager or any other area. When doing a powerpoint presentation, it can become boring if their is no sound and that is the main reason that one should make sure that they are able to include sound in the powerpoint presentation. To have powerpoint sound will attract and catch the attention of the listener and the audience in general but you should be careful because too much of it will confuse the clients making some of them block you out. This is not what you look forward to when doing a powerpoint presentation so caution is encouraged. If you are in a position where videos will make what you are talking about easier to understand, then you can also make a decision to include them. Sound as we all know is good for without it the silence can be too scary. To be able to put on sound, go to window media player which will give you the steps to follow.
