Look let us face it, it is by far no easy time to be in the real estate business. With property values falling thru the floor, and prospective buyers clinching every dollar, one could not imagine a worse time to be involved in this particular industry. Now does that mean there is no money to be made being a realtor these days? Of course not, but you just have to be prepared to work a little harder to make money that used to be easy to make. And staying in touch with all of your contacts is critical, because you just never know when someone might be ready to buy a new house or sell the one they are presently living in.
