Having heard a number of times that customers are right at all times makes me think how important they are and if you have never thought about it just take it from this article today that you have no reason being in business if you will be in a position to treat your customers in the right way. There are times when you feel like telling off a rude customer but you should never let or allow feelings to get the better of you for the out come will not be good at all. Logic should always prevail and when you feel that you can not control your self, play a fool and move on to another client as you leave the one who is making you go mad to be served by another person in the company. This other person should be calm, cool and collected and you will be surprised that the client who was once fussing around is jovial. This keeps the reputation of your company intact and you will not lose out on any clients. This is what samsung support is about. They not only assist the users but also the retailers of their products. This has seen them grow from one level to the other.
