How landlords earn the certificates that proves the safety their apartments

In some homes, condos and even apartments, gas has become the main source of fuel when it comes to cooking. When landlords are building apartment complexes, they put a central source of gas for its tenants and they also use it when they need to cook. Many tenants do not even know how it works, what they care is of the as is working or not, if it is not then they report the matter to the landlord soon as possible explaining how disappointing that has really made them.
