Be careful with what retailers promises, they may not be sure.

My cousin is always very careful about the items that he purchases even when he is purchasing for another person. I sent him the other day to buy an LG chocolate mobile phone for me and he could not buy such a make because he could not get an LG chocolate software in the market. Even when the retailer told him that the software was available in Lg's website, he could not agree to purchase the phone. This started way back when he had a bad experience with an item he purchased. He was lured into purchasing a TV set some times back with a promise of a remote control and an aerial for the TV in its package, only to get nothing other than the TV set after opening its package. When he went back to the retailer, he could not be assisted because they had not agreed on anything in case he did not find those gadgets in the TV's package. That is how he started mistrusting retailers. These days, he has to purchase only what he is seeking. Promises by retailers according to him are just that.
