Insurance adjusters are capable in finding out a false claim. By reviewing the medical exam result, they can easily tell if the claim is good or not. They are putting all their time and effort in hiring many adjusters and trained them to avoid any losses on insurance claims.

Every employee has the right to file lawsuits to their employer once they are involved in any type of work injury. Workmans comp will protect every employees in any work related injury, unless it's a legitimate claim. If the employer does not have any workman comp and one of their employee gets hurt, they are fully responsible to all their medical bills and hospitalization cost derived from the said work injury. But if they find out any false claims, the employee will be automatically terminated with out any compensation.
